If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Camadia.com's relationship with you in relation to this website. The term 'Camadia.com' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website. The term 'you' or 'player' refers to the user, member, or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

1.0) Age Requirement
By using our services you agree that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you must have permission from your legal guardian or parent(s) to create an account and use our site. It is the responsibility of the player to ensure they are complying with local laws and Camadia.com is hereby removed from any liability resulting from an individual using our services against such laws.

1.1) Refunds

Camadia.com provides optional, items and services to its players. Players can make a donations to the game from which they receive VC (virtual currency) as a thank you for their donation. Players can then trade their VC for those items or services. The player acknowledges that any donation made, which includes but is not limited to, VC, items and services, is considered a donation to the game is non-refundable.

Exceptions may apply in special cases. Please open a support ticket if you have any issues with any donations and I will be more than happy to help you out.

1.2) Payment Processors / Payment Gateways
We are in no way associated with PayPal or any other payment gateway and we are not responsible or liable for any issues, damages, or losses that may occur in regards to a player's direct association with PayPal or any other payment processors that we may offer.

1.3) Use of Services and/or Information
Your use of any information, services or products on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services, advertisements or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of our services, products or information.

1.4) Membership
To play Camadia you must register an account. As a player, you agree that you are solely responsible for all actions that occur under the account.
You are not permitted to share your account with anyone. This includes having someone enter the botcheck for you. In the event, the account will be permanently suspended.
Usernames, names, bios or avatars which contain offensive words will be removed without notice. Content of usernames, names, bios or avatars may be deemed inappropriate at our discretion.
You agree that you will only create one game account. If we detect a player has created more than one account, we reserve the right to terminate all accounts which the player has created. In the event that there are multiple different players from the same household, those players may not access and play the game from the same device at the same time. In addition, players MUST notify game staff of the situation. In these special cases, trading between the accounts is prohibited unless it is deemed to be a "fair trade". A fair trade would be defined as an exchange of items of equal value.
You may not advertise the intent to or commit to buying, selling, trading, sharing, or transferring access to your account.
All accounts, characters, items, virtual currencies within the game are the sole property of Camadia.com.
We reserve the right to, ban, delete or refuse a players account due to any abuse, cheating or any other action found to be inappropriate or damaging to our business without prior notice.
You play Camadia.com at your own risk and Camadia.com or the game staff is not responsible for any health issues that may arise from playing.

1.5) Game Bugs
Game bugs are to be reported immediately by filing a support ticket. Abuse of game bugs will result in permanent account suspension.

1.6) Chat
When using chat you must chat in the English language only! The chat has channels for specific purposes and must be used accordingly.

Chat MUST be kept family friendly at all times. Absolutely no profanity (this includes but is not limited to the use of religious names that some may consider to be offensive and acronyms), no comments that could be considered racist, no sexual innuendo, no topics in relation to drugs or violence. The game staff has the right to stop any topic that may be considered not to be family friendly at their discretion.

Spamming chat will not be tolerated!
Spamming may include but is not limited to: Game staff has the right to deem any post to be spam at their discretion.

Trolling will not be tolerated and is grounds for a minimum mute time of 1 hour. Players who frequently troll will have their account suspended permanently.

1.7) Forum
Any topics posted in the forums must be posted in the English language and must be family friendly.

Topics must be posted in the section related to the topic. If you are unsure of which section to use please feel free to ask or request a new section to be added.

Spamming the forum will not be tolerated. Spamming may include but is not limited to, repeated, unnecessary replies or topics. The use of excessive characters or sentences.

Replying to a topic to "bump" that topic is prohibited!

Game staff has the right to deem any topic,reply to be spam at their discretion.

1.8) Bots/Scripts
The use of any sort of bot or script to manipulate the game in any sort of way or automate any sort of action is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension without warning.

1.9) Staff
Camadia has various staff members in place to help the game run smoothly. Harassment of the game staff will not be tolerated and will result in permanent suspension of the players account.

2.0) Newsletter
As a player of Camadia, you agree to receive newsletters from Camadia. These newsletters may contain information like site updates as well as special promotions. For this reason, it is crucial to ensure you account email is up date. If you do not wish to receive these newsletters, you can unsubscribe from them using the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of every newsletter email sent out.

2.1) Donating/VC
Players have the option make donations to Camadia. Donations help pay server bills as well as help with future development. As a thank you, when a player donates, they will receive some VC (virtual currency). VC can then be used to purchase premium features and items from the VC shop. VC must only be used to purchase premium items from the VC shop. Any use of VC to acquire items from other player(s) will result in a permanent account suspension without warning.

2.2) Inactivity Policy
There is a 180 day inactivity policy. After a period of 180 days have passed the players account will be deleted. Account deletion is irreversible. To prevent this from happening a player can log in at least once within this period or purchase the account protection from the VC shop.

2.3) Changes to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Service without any prior notice. In the event of any changes made and you continue to use our services after the event of changes to this agreement you are agreeing to comply and be bound by these Terms of Service.
